Free Food. A Free Lunch?

At freebielist.com, we’ve seen countless free food and drink items available over the years. Food-related freebies are always a big hit with our visitors - and rightly so. When you can actually taste a sample, it makes the experience so much better!
As you would expect with food freebies, stocks become diminished within a matter of days due to the mad rush that ensues. People love tasting a product and then perhaps heading out to purchase a full-size pack. Last year, we received a number of e-mails from visitors who sampled Jordans Country Crisp cereal, and many have since purchased the product on numerous occasions (a great testament to the power of freebies!).
But perhaps the most common ‘food and drink’ freebie we see online is tea and coffee. Items such as these appear fairly regularly and if you’re quick, you can snap up a few sachets and try something different for a change. If you just stick to the one brand, you could be missing out! This is precisely why companies such as Twinings, Yorkshire Tea, Douwe Egberts and Nescafe have been offering samples in the last few months. It’s to get people like you to try their products.
Sweets and chocolate are also available to sample if you’re lucky enough to locate an offer. Likewise, we have seen fibre supplements, energy drinks, fruit and nut bars, and even alcoholic beverages, such as the recent Baileys Coffee and Bell’s whisky freebie. In fact, at the time of writing, Douwe Egberts are offering 50 free cups of coffee a day to workers tired with poor quality vending machine coffee. A nice twist on traditional sample offerings!
Vouchers to redeem free food and drink are also very popular with restaurant and bar punters. Many establishments have BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free) and “% off” promotions on a regular basis, so it’s worth keeping an eye on our Discount Vouchers page for some printable coupons.
And let’s not forget recipe books - so you can create your own masterpieces! They’ll help you create some tasty treats in the kitchen.
