Unless you have been living under a rock, you will have probably noticed the NHS SmokeFree campaign, which aims to help people cut down and quit smoking. In fact, if you’re a smoker and haven’t already done so, request your Free Quit Kit, which includes a progress wallchart with stickers, a toothbrush to help maintain fresh breath, plus a “Tangler”, which is intended to keep your hands and mind busy when feeling the urge to smoke.
If you are serious about quitting, they also have a smoking cost calculator on the site, along with an addiction test, and tons of additional information on the health benefits.
