Nuffield Health are offering a free health club tour at one of their many fitness centres throughout the UK (approximately 100 locations in total). This offer may also includes a free Nuffield gym pass so you can test the facilities before committing to a full membership (subject to availability).

The vast majority of Nuffield gyms have a wide range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, free weights area, spa, group exercise classes (e.g. yoga, spinning, kettlebells, pilates, etc.), and more. Personal trainers are also on hand if you want a bespoke approach to your fitness regime.

To claim your free guest pass, use the online “Find your nearest gym” feature to find a location near you, then follow the instructions. You will require a photo ID to confirm your identity upon attendance.
