On the BBC website, you can find information on how to claim free tickets for BBC programmes across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Approximately every month, a new list of programmes becomes available, where you can apply to become an audience member for TV and radio sessions.
Some BBC audience tickets operate on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, while others run as a random draw and involve a bit of luck.
You can find details on the upcoming programme names, recording dates, and locations by following the button link below. Many recording sessions take place in London, but other locations are also featured.
There are also links on the BBC website with information on how to take part in shows. You can even book a tour (e.g. tours of Broadcasting House, which are great for school trips!). Some tours require a booking fee.
It is well worth joining the BBC’s ‘Shows and Tours’ mailing list and following their social media pages to stay updated when your favourite programme becomes available.
Please note: if you are chosen for a recording session, you will be required to take a valid form of ID (e.g. photocard driving licence or a passport)
